Activity Information

Hermitage and Hood Park leisure centres offer a number of activities specifically aimed at people aged 40 and over.

The creche at all three leisure centres is also open during sessions so that parents can take part whilst their children are looked after. Sessions are held at the following times:

For an additional fee, participants can enjoy a session in the Health Suite containing Steam Room, Whirlpool Spa and Sauna.
